This 2001 building has 2 units each with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Screened Balcony. Dine outside in a private patio, sunbathe in
the fenced back yard or enjoy a short walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. A portable carport is available. The master bedrooms have
king-size beds. The guest bedrooms have two twin beds. Both units have AC, all bedrooms and the living rooms have ceiling fans. The large living/dining
room has comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa. The furnishings and décor are "casual Florida". Bed linens, beach towels, kitchen utensils,
tableware, dishes, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, TV, VCR, DVD & stereo w/ CD are provided. You can fly into the Sarasota airport,
which is about a 20 minutes from our house, or you can often find lower airfares to either Tampa or St. Petersburg, each about an hour away.
