Gull Rock is an attractive residence built by a Mining Captain in 1898 and enjoying an elevated position with panoramic coastal and cliff views. It is only 2 minutes walk to the beach which is famed for its surfing, the spectacular cliffs along the South West Coastal Path, and the town.

All 4 apartments at Gull Rock are completely self contained.

- They are spacious, airy, well-equipped, and kept nice and clean.
- Each apartment is furnished to a good standard and includes a colour television.
- There are fitted carpets in all rooms except bathrooms and kitchenettes.
- The modern kitchenettes have stainless steel sink units, wall cupboards, refrigerators with ice boxes, full-sized electric cookers and microwave ovens, together with cooking utensils and attractive china and cutlery.
- Duvets and pillows are provided. A linen hire service is available, but you will need to bring your own towels.......
